We stayed in their lodge and were amazed at what the new owners have done with the property. New hot tub, new game room addition with pool table/air hockey/video games/ flat screen tv's/ loaded kitchen with every ammenity you can think of! The cabin was so clean it was if we were the first guest in the cabin. The Jacuzzi hot tub was fantastic. The cabin would comfortably sleep 3/4 families and we thought it would be a perfect place to spend a holiday. The perfect combination of outdoor cabin living with all the upgrades. We hated to leave! |

I was greeted by the new owner Kevin and had a pleasant chat. Julie commented that we took good care of the Cabin. The Cabin was neat and clean for our visit. The change to code activated dead bolts was an intelligent move, saves everyone time and better security. We will be returning as in the past. We stayed at pine grove cabin and it was prettier than the pictures. We had everything we needed, everything was in good working order and very clean. The hot tub was a delight after hiking all day. Would definitely stay again. I do recommend bringing bottled water. |

We wanted a nice kid free/adult weekend. We were the first vistors of this lodge since it was remodeled. We LOVED it. It was very warm and welcoming. When we arrived their was music playing and we received a phone call from Julie(the owner) makind sure we made it in ok. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes,cookware and appliances.The lodge was VERY clean.The hot tub was clean and maintained and the grounds were beautiful. The lodge is located very close to Old Man's Cave. We WILL definitely be returning to thos property and HIGHLY recommend this lodge........
Most of all we had a WONDERFUL couples weekend and made great memories with our dearest friends.
One more thing.... There was a coat left in the closet of one of the rooms of the lodge.It was not noticed until mid monday morning. Julie went out of her way to hand deliver the coat back to the owner.That is WONDERFUL customer service. Thanks Julie!!!

We have always stayed at these cabins, which are now under new management, and have a wonderful, relaxing time.
Our cabin was very clean, and we noticed many upgrades - a new hot tub, water treatment system (no stinky water!), keyless entry, comfortable bed, and thick towels.
We are so happy the cabins are under new management. We noticed that they were going downhill several years ago, but they are definitely going in the right direction again. The new owners, Mike and Julie Claus, are very helpful and called us when we arrived to make sure everything was ok.
We will definitely be back! These cabins are very nice. |
